Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and great. The text messages kept me updated with everything going on with my car. The only thing I didn't like was Emily told me on the phone that i couldn't pick up my car on the weekends because they were closed, but when she emailed me to tell me my car was ready, her email said I could pick it up on Saturday at 8am. Confusion there, but I left work early on a Friday to pick up my car. My car looked newer than when I bought it. I was really impressed on what a great job they did replacing my doors and even cleaning the inside and outside so perfectly!

I was not happy that I was told the car was ready when it was NOT and I had to wait only to be told the grill didn't come in and I had to take the car when it was not completed. I just don't believe that is the way you handle business.

Follow up is important to me. I do not feel my rep kept me updated as to the changes in my vehicle repair. As a result, I had to notified that my bill was higher than originally quoted. Not good customer service since I was recommended to you by a friend who had dine business with you in the past.
