Minor stuff:
****. The notifications always said 2/28 and looked like exact science, until 2/18. Then the car was ready on 2/20 and I ended up paying for a good half tank of gas for enterprise (I had swapped vehicles and got one with only ****/8 of a tank at pickup, and had to return it with nearly 3/4 of gas)
2. At pickup the car was not cleaned well, a thick layer of dust inside had not been removed in many places. Emily took well care during my waiting time.

Keeping people updated with texts/emails really helped. It really helped me with planning the pick up seeing as how Mon-Fri 8-6 is also my work schedule. Ron, the nice girl at the reception counter, and the Enterprise folks really helped me feel less stressed and nervous. It's been quite a while since I've had an accident.
