The service was negative service. The people are nice but they did not even fix my car! Then they called me to pick it up with urgency and said if I didn't pick it up I would have to pay for the rental. My car has deep dings in the back bumper that were not there when I brought it in. Your pics prove that. I brought my car in because it was covered in stucco underneath the car and stucco was in the wheels with spects of stucco along the whole side and across the back bumper. None of that was removed. The only thing you did was replace the front bumper and have the car washed. You put an undercarriage on my car that doesn't even go toy car. You put one that only covers the front when mine went all the way back to the middle of the car. No one checked my car before calling.e to pick it up causing me to cancel a weekend trip. If I didn't have to pick it up on Friday I could have gone on a planned trip. I thought the car should take a week or two to be done right. I was called in 3 days saying it was ready for pick up. It was ready because it was the same as when I brought it there. This is a major inconvenience.

I damaged my left light in my accident which was covered by insurance. As my car is old I requested to replace the right headlight as well so they looked the same. It wasn't done so now I have one old fogged up headlight and one clear one. It looks obviously like it was wrecked with mismatched headlights. Very disappointed in this. I was offered that they would do it but I need my car to get to work.

Classic Collision is THE BEST run service center I could ever have hoped for to take care of the repairs to my vehicle following my accident. The center itself is well laid out, clean, well staffed and more like a car dealership than a repair shop. A representative from my insurance company is right there on site to assess damages. A car rental rep is also on site if there is a need for a rental during repairs. As for the staff, they are extremely customer service oriented and professional. The communications are great, there is no need to constantly wonder the status of the repairs, as they let you know every step of the way of their progress. Everyone was prepared and ready for me when I arrived with all paperwork and information at the ready. Wendy Stegall from GEICO works on site and worked with Maddie Sherman from Classic Collision to take care of the assessment and check in. The overall repair time we very reasonable based on the amount of parts that needed to be replaced. When the car was ready for pick-up, Ian of Classic Collision took all the time we needed to make sure everything had been done to our liking, which it definitely had been. This is a place no one really wants to visit, as it means something has happened to your vehicle. But this is now the only place I or my family will ever use in the future, if need be. Superior service in every way!

I feel there was an inflated can-do attitude when stating you could take care of my vehicle. I was told it could be done "whenever I was ready" yet it took three days to get a call saying I could even bring it in. I completely understand that it takes a few days to get all the parts, but when I'm told everything would arrive the following day yet it took 2 additional days, I felt a little let down. Over all, employees were all very friendly and helpful. I liked the email updates as well. I just wish there was a little more realistic expectation set up front. I would bring my car back here if ever I needed further work. Thanks for repairing my sunroof and the great car wash!
