I was really happy with my experience. The gentleman that I worked directly with was wonderful, I can't think of his name at the moment, and provided excellent customer service. I was immediately greeted at drop off and pick up, and provided all the information about warranties ect. He also made sure that I had my garage door opener that I foegot in the rental car. Above all else my car looks great!!!

Still finding issues with repairs- panels inside car weren't put back on correctly, bolts are missing, running lights keep burning out , head lamps weren't replaced from first accident (not submitted) to insurance denied at later date, they are scratched and scuffed
