We were a little upset because it was supposed to be ready at 2:30pm on Thursday afternoon. We showed up at 3:15pm, and it wasn't ready. We waited 15-20 minutes, but it still wasn't ready and we had to leave.

The repair part of the service was excellent. Customer service, however, was terrible. I could not get in touch with anyone to to schedule the appointment. My calls were not returned. Messages were not returned. Mailboxes were always full. Requests to speak to the manager were not acted upon. No one was there to speak to me at my appointment when I dropped off the car.. The entire experience was disappointing.
I do understand that this happened over the holidays. I also understand that technology changes. But businesses must keep their customers informed.

Chelsea Harmon was outstanding from start to finish. She was quick in taking the car in, communicated above and beyond the call of duty throughout the process, and when I picked up the car and discovered a few hundred unidentified small black spots that appeared to be paint all over my white car, Chelsea quickly handled the situation and got me back on the road quickly. I would definitely try Classic Collision again because the car looks brand new, and because of the outstanding customer contact I received from Chelsea Harmon.
