Classic Collision, and Amanda in particular, took really good care of my car. It looks great, and drives well. I believe they took care of my car as if it was their own. They gave me updates as to the progress they were making, and let me know their estimated time of completion. It just couldn't have gone any better if it had to be done (since it was an "accident").
I have no complaints or anything to offer as far as anything that could've been done differently. The team work was exceptional and I can't add anything to that. I am happy to have my car back and I'm very thankful to Classic Collision for their hard work and returning my car to me. Thank you again, Carol P

It took over 93 days to complete my vehicle for starters which is ridiculous on top of that all I asked for during the process was to be updated if anything happened which I wasn't at all!!!! I think the lack of communication is a serious issue and it made me feel like since I wasn't complaining all the time yall could just push my vehicle to the side. I honestly feel I should be somewhat compensated for the fact that I had to pay 3 months of car payment and insurance on a vehicle I didn't even have. I can say that I will not be returning and definitely will not recommend yall to anyone for fear yall will take 3 months onow there vehicle. When I finally did get my vehicle there were 2 dash lights that came on by the time I got home and I'm still waiting on the call from your collision center regarding this issue. So all in all I hope yall can fix your issues for any future customers u have BC yall are seriously lacking in customer service.
