The work that was done was done well, however aside from the minor issues that were taken care of, there were a few other issues noticed upon looking at my car.
-The driver side seat belt cover is missing and not with the car.
-The passenger side rear wheel well cover is now scratched after re-install.
The driver side passenger door cover above the handle and to the left of the door was seemingly broken during removal and was still placed back on the car.
-The driver side rocker was chipped heavily under the car and not addressed. (Metal body is heavily exposed.)
Again, The work is much appreciated, however I would like to see these minor issues addressed. Thanks.

This was just about as positive an experience for getting a car repaired as it can get. From the the moment I met with Grant to drop my car off to the moment I picked up my beautifully repaired car, I really appreciated the daily e-mails and the few phone calls to let me know the status. Classic Collision really inderstands that having your car damaged is bad enough; so it seems they do everything to make the process easier! Thank you CC....your name will always come to mind if I need them again or to suggest to anyone the best place to take a damaged car!! BTW....my car looks like nothing ever happened!!!!

The repair work was great. Our problem was communication on the front end. We received no information about the status of our repair work until we called on Thursday. Given what we saw on the outside of the car we expected work to be completely finished within a week. We were surprised when it took over two weeks. We understand there was further damage undetected after the car was taken apart. The emails were helpful once serious work go started. It was difficult communicating with Mark by phone since calls went to voicemail and his mailbox was always full. Could not leave a message most of the time. My insurance company had the same phone problems.
