My overall experience was a pleasurable one as they are in close proximity to my home, they were fast, they repaired my slight damage and it looks great!!!! My only complaint is I had to call them for an update and that was after I was assured that I would receive an update the day I dropped my vehicle off..after calling and being placed on an extended hold then did I receive a text with an update.
My one and only complaint is communication is key...a text will not always work if you have communicated something verbally to a customer when you say something as a rep of a company make sure your word is a fact the action will take place. spraying off my car shouldn't take 20mins. I attempt to respect everyone's time as we all have a job to do, luckily mine was not affected this am.

The inside of my vehicle was completely filthy with compound residue on my leather seats. Compound film on my wood grain trim it's no longer smooth. Compound film on my touch scenes, the while control panel was smooth, now it feels gritty. Black finger prints on my light leather seats. I'm very disappointed as a State Farm employee and customer. The inside of my vehicle was not protected while the work was being done
