The actual work completed was actually great along with the turn around time but was very disappointed that I left my colgne in car and someone took it. Lesson learned

From my first initial call to set up my car drop off (with Progressive on the line), the person that answered the phone was less then pleasant. She was having a side conversation and directly told me Im not talking to you". I should have taken that as an indicator for the rest of my encounters.
I called 3 times for an update as to when my car would be ready because the text messages were not clear.
All 3 times I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I would hang up, not get a call back.. So I would call back.
The last time I believe it was Jessica and she offered to call me back.
Lastly, after the service was completed on my wheel. My trunk was not put back that way it was found. My netting was not put back and the shade was put back in backwards.
I was very disappointed with my service with Classic Collision.

I was very distraught about the accident that caused the damages on my new car. I had only made the first payment. I was not sure if I would want the car any or but Classis Collisions really made me feel hopeful. They provided updates during the process and once I saw it I knew that all was well. The issue came with the electronic notifications...I was out of town for work and when i was contacted about my car being ready I was scrambling trying to take care of things over the phone. I didnt receive notifications until after I received the telephone call telling me my car was ready!
