Lack of clarity on when vehicle could be picked up (Google notes dealership is open until 9, but collision documents are inaccessible to staff). Confusion upon where to go when entering the dealership. I didn't see any signs for the collision dept until I was right in front of it. Most of the staff was very nice & I appreciated the thank you candy.
