After picking my car up and returning my rental next door I went to start my car and it sounded labored when I turned the key. After starting several warning lights came on. I immediately was like what in the world my car was done at noon and it’s 5, why are all these warning lights going off. I decided to turn it off and try again, it did the same thing! I got out and went in to talk to Bill (who was just so so patient and helpful with my questions through the whole process). Bill came outside and helped resolve the problem and reset all the errors (after almost having to set me up with another rental!). He was kind, helpful and made sure I was safe and good to go before I pulled out of the lot.
