This was my second experience with Badell’s Collision. Since my first was great I chose them for this second occasion. With all the upset that comes with an accident it is refreshing to have a one stop service to handle the insurance adjustment, body work and rental car service. Efficiency there is amazing! Each person knows his/ her job inside and out. They cover each step and keep you fully informed from beginning to end. Four days in the shop...Start to finish....and my car looks like new! Especially nice was a personal review from the guy who did the job....a great guy who was proud of the great work he did! The woman who coordinates all this is gold! On a scale of 10...I give them a 20!

Your team is amazing! They were courteous and expeditious with returning my car. My only concern is that the internal Lock button on the driver side is indented and crooked. That was not how I turn the car in. I’m hoping that someone will help or contact me about resolving this issue. Outside of that it was an Outstanding experience.
