The repairs on my vehicle are great. The initial experience however was not so great. While waiting for Progressive to finish the estimate I waited in the waiting area. The front desk girl was on the company phone the entire time talking to her friends. The day I was given for the repairs was evidently not put in the system. We were told we didn't have an appointment or a reservation at Enterprise. We had to contact Progressive to get a straight answer. We were told to come back the next day once we got everything straight. Again, we are very satisfied with the repairs but not with the customer service at the front.

Repairs look good. But it took over 5 days past the scheduled date. Which was 2 weeks after we dropped it off. We have used yall for all our repairs since i met**** over 15 years ago and also with norfolk southern police department when i worked there. This is the first time i've had any problems. That is a good thing. But you ask how this one went. No big deal but a problem. Thanks

I'm about 80% satisfied with the repairs. The compression on the drivers side front bumper wasn't touched. The hood is much better but I can still feel that it's a little uneven on the passengers side. Not bad for a one day job though. The license plate and holder were good. If my car was a little older I wouldn't have given it a second thought but I'm still paying for it. I appreciate your efforts. Ms Trina E
