The main reason for my dissatisfaction is the fact that right after l picked it up and stopped at the grocery store the battery died. I feel that this should have been explored more while the car was still being fixed. Someone from your facility came and jumped me but neither Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts were able to install a new battery. Now I am at home with a dead car.

My trunk was left open for an undetermined amount of time. I realized this when I went to pick up my vehicle after repair. As I pulled into the parking lot, it's wide open. It was finished the night prior
Also a item not belonging to me was left in my console. I returned the item before driving off.
With exception of the receptionist at the Geico claims area, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Your receptionist is the first thing people encounter when dealing with the stress of a car repair. She just seemed miserable at her job and completely unhelpful. Just rude. It little effort to smile and thank someone.
Jennifer, Sean and the enterprise agent were exceptional.
