The process was smooth and repair work done well. Only suggestion for improvement - it was suggested our van would be repaired faster than it was and that we would be contacted. For us it was not an issue as we dropped it off and headed out of town for a few days; however might be an issue for other people. This may be due to the regular employee being out and someone filling in for them.

I had a great experience with Artistic Auto Body. My biggest issue was with the lack of communication between Geico/AAB/Me. Not sure where the hole was, but I was always following up even when I was told I would be notified of things.

From the beginning Guillermo was great to work with. He kept me up to date on the repairs. When I picked it up I noticed a dent that was missed and Guillermo apologized. He notified **** and they put a rush on the repair and it was done the next day! Everyone I talked to was so nice and very apologetic for the inconvenience. I was given a 25 gas card for my troubles. The best service I've had in a log time.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The artistic auto body team made the process so easy with getting a rental on site and the turn around time was pretty good. They keep you updated with emails, and they even brought out toys for my fussy toddler. Awesome team!
