I received a projected delivery date and then received a notification one day before that delivery date that was 2 weeks later. There was no explanation.
I received the vehicle and the alignment of the door and trim could have been better. There was also a buffer burn on the roof edge. Overall the work was good but not as good as other work that was done for me in the past.

Would have preferred no delay in completing the repairs. Apparently it was an ouside vendor. My guess is they took off early Frids for the Memorial day weekend and left work undone. Oterwise the body work is excellent.

Car was due back Monday. Received text saying it's almost done Monday. No further contact. Called on my way to pick up and discovered wasn't done. Got text Tuesday saying I had picked up my car (and I hadn't). Went to dealer and discovered that car wasn't done. Hadn't been called - obviously. Just got another text asking about completed repair. Texts are useless, not informative, and invasive. Accurate human contact is inappropriately nonexistent. Delays, while unfortunate, can occur. Having a customer make 3 trips for pickup isn't ok.
