The tech who did the work missed the fact that he did not have the bumper reinstalled properly. Thankfully I had enough sense to do an inspection of the work prior to leaving the premise.
Jay, the service manager, was very helpful in getting it fixed right away, even though the tech who did the work had left for the day by having a different tech fix what the other tech failed to get right. (I bet the tech that did the work loved "the comeback / return" metric, and the tech that fixed probably loved the fact of fixing the other tech's "comeback / return". :-]

I couldn't be less satisfied. I've been trying to pick my car up for weeks, and the car is always in worse shape than what I left it. The opposite side of the accident had very deep holes in the side of the front and back doors when the "car was ready". Tyler is nice, but he doesn't call back when he says he will. My car was supposed be ready (for the 3rd time) last Friday, and it's still not ready (today is Friday). I would NEVER recommend anyone brings their car here. Absolute miserable experience

The repair was done excellently. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was updated on the status of my car.
The only suggestion would be to do a more complete job of cleaning the interior of my car. There was still a lot of dust or fine residue from the body work.
