There were multiple delays in my repair. I was initially told "3-4 days". The repair ultimately took 3 weeks. The shop initially did not order the correct parts. Then the correct parts were thrown away after delivery to Atlas prior to installation! It was also suggested that a part be glued and replaced at a later date. I was not satisfied to pay the full deductible based on the repeated errors by Atlas.

Not kept properly informed about the progress of the repair. First there was the automated system indicating repeatedly everything was on track, but then that got extended several times. Once I was told it would be ready the day I talked with a representative, or if not it would definitely be the next day and the he would call be later in the day to let me know. Return call never happened. I arrived the next day to pick up the car only to be informed one of the parts was incorrect and didn't fit so it would be yet another day.
