Luis was very nice and made me feel better and made the whole experience as pleasant as it can be until I had to hand over a copay of $500 when someone hit and ran my parked car vacant in a parking lot. That's not Luis fault though. Having Geico and rental car... One stop shopping. And the car was finished by my deadline to hand that car back to the dealership!
