I was initially told that no loaner cars were available after my 30 days of car rental expired from my insurance. (Repair took 35 days to complete) on 32 day was given loaner car. The only complaint I have is the rudeness of the receptionist that worked this past Friday evening. I stopped on my way home from work (I'm military affiliated), after working all day, it was close to the time your facility closes and she wasn't very professional. I walked in & inquires about my Kia. She said, "They would have called you if the repair was complete." Her tone was terrible. I too, work in customer service as a Nurse. She's rude.

Everyone was so fantastic from beginning to end. Everyone was so nice and understanding about the inconvenience of a car repair. I loved the daily status text updates. I never had to wonder what was going on or when it would be done.
