Y'all were absolutely amazing...From the beginning to the end!!! I went through the whole process with ease! I felt very comfortable dropping my Lexus off with you all, unlike when I was dealing with The dealership themselves! My car looks showroom new...it's amazing....and the staff from the Geico people to the tent a car people to the collision people...most friendliest folks I've meet in a long time!!! Went out of their way to Explain things etc....thanks to all!!!????

The only problem and disappointment I had pertained to the fact that I was lead to believe from the Geico verbal and written policy that I would not have to pay my 500 deductible because I was totally not at fault in the accident and Geico would get the deposit money (500) back from the At Fault driver and or His insurance company. In this case, the At Fault drivers insurance company is also Geico so I expected the credit to be showing on the final repair invoice when I picked up my car Wednesday, 12-10-14. It was not in Ferman's computer so I had to pay the deposit out of my own pocket before they would release my repaired car to me. Once this gets resolved I will then be totally satisfied. Thank you. I was very much satisfied with the service. You kept me updated with what was going on with my car without me having to call. When I received my car the bumper blended in with rest of the original paint of the car. You even vacuumed my car out. Thank you very much.

When you send a text on Monday stating my vehicle will be ready on Wednesday and it's not, that's bad. If you're keeping it longer than the stated amount of time, a text notifying me of that would have been great. Definitely need to work on the text system.

****) It took three days and two phone calls to the body shop to get an estimate for the inside work on my vehicle that had been promised to me by Tom on the day I dropped off my vehicle. It was a simple repair. 2) I was misquoted a price for the inside repair of my front ceiling glasses holder by 200 less than the actual price by Daniel? in the body shop. Then he called me back and gave me the correct quote because they had looked up the wrong part and price! Now if a dealership is unable to identify the correct part and price of it for my vehicle, I have great concern!! Also, I feel like I should have been given the originally quoted price because your dealership made the error! I have more work body work to do in the future on my vehicle and I am NOT sure I will bring it back to your facility. I do have to say I was greatly satisfied with the following people at the original check in process and the speed and efficiency at which it was completed! Charlie (GEICO) representative, Tom (Enterprise Rentals) and James (Fermans Body Shop). After that, not very satisfied. Vicki W
