The mirror that was replaced was not painted but was installed on the car. The guy was very nice and kept the car to fix it. Also the rental car was awful but I went to enterprise and they switched out the car at no cost. I am over 6 foot and the rental car was too small. I have no doubt it will be resolved. However at this time I am not satisfied

The front bumper still has a flat spot in it and the paint is messed up and also the paint on the hood is messed up too. I will be bringing it in next week so you can see the problems. Also the hood is still not on straight.

Complete failure communicate and keep me apprised of my vehicles status so i could plan to pick it up. Should consider later hours for pickup as you close at the same time as i get out of work and pickup window was from 500 to 530. Used Ferman bodyshop in tarpon once and was not happy. Tried again in Brandon and am unhappy again. I would not use Ferman again
