threw to them. A lot of business could be lost
because of them. They said that a new phone system

My complaint is with Geico and Ferman. My car was supposed to be ready on 3/29. I did not receive any updates or a change in completion time until I called at 3:30pm on 3/30. I was over an hour away, and was told at 4:15pm that I had until 5:30pm to pick it up, in rush hour. Due to my job requirements I was scheduled to work in Orlando on 3/31 and 4/****, and I told them that I could pick up my car on 4/****. I was told that I only had 24 hours to pick it up, no exception. I had to rush to get there before closing time, and was forced to miss work because they would not make an exception and let me pick up the car on Friday, when the reason was out of my control. Very frustrating and stressful. There was no effort to be accommodating when the delays were on Ferman and not on me.

A 3-4 day job turned into a 7 day one. I understand that delays can happen. When I called on the third day, I was told that I would definitely have my car back by the 5th day. I asked my representative to double check because I am military and needed to move to my next base on the 5th day. Because the job took an additional 2 more days, my military move was delayed. When I picked up my car, I realized that there were 200 miles driven on my car and my fuel tank was on ****/2 full (turned it In at full). Not satisfied!

The body work was perfect. One problem though, the connector for the taillight was not plugged in so I had no left tail lights until I got home. When found the connector was not plugged in. I corrected the issue myself.
