I would like to tell you that everyone with whom I spoke we’re very nice. But I’d like to tell you that Jenn was outstanding!! She kept me up to date every step of the way. Her warmth and kindness throughout was very comforting to me, making an awfully hard time bearable. She needs to get a big “atta” girl for her extremely high professionalism along side her care and compassion. Everyone was professional and courteous and kept me in the loop the only problem I experienced was getting a call at 4:30 in Friday telling me my car was ready and needed to be picked up by 5:30. It was very hard for me to work out a last minute help to pick it up.
