The repairs to my car were very minor as they resulted from a low speed "fender bender". It took nearly three months to fix the damage. I would have guessed it would take no more than 10 days to two weeks. Needless to say I was very disappointed at the slow progress. On the plus side, everybody with whom I dealt (mostly Kim and Tiffany) was very friendly and helpful. The quality of my repairs appears to be excellent.
