From the time I arrived to drop off my car, till the time I picked it up, I received the utmost service.
Upon my arrival at 7:30 a.m., I was greeted courteousley and with a team of 3, including the Enterprise rental agent, I was on my way to work in no time.
During the time my car was being repaired, I was updated on a regular basis (daily) either by e-mail or phone message.
When I picked up my car, Brandon, explained everything that was done and explained my warranty. He had me on my way as quickly as he could.
Outstanding service! I will always bring by vehicles to Ferman Collision and will tell all my friends.
