Excellent job by all. This is my second accident (neither my fault) with my new (less than 4 mos old) car. Both times the damage was repaired by Ferman. Hatch was left open while work was done on my bumper killing my battery. I broke down after picking it up and was without a vehicle all weekend and no way to get to work on Monday. The work was warranties and yet when the loose molding was brought to their attention, they refuse to fix the molding or the battery they drained. Extremely poor service.
