Stuff had to be moved from my trunk and was just thrown carelessly throughout my car, boots on the seats leaving boots mark, left the company's window cleaner bottle in my car.

Was concerned about the repair of my new car. This vehicle has less then 3000 miles on it when my father and law backed into it. GREAT GUY! Anyway, I was concerned about the repair because I did not want a shady bondo job done to my car. The sevrice advisor came out himself to explain the process to me more in depth. He made me feel confident about the work. When someone with that much knowledge and expieriance can break it down "Barney style" (as we say in the Marine Corps), it makes you trust their work. Only negative I have is Eneterprise didn't have a truck to rent me! :) In all seriousness everyone was very professional and curtious, every the entrprise guy, all a class act! Will bring any vehicle I have here if I ever have any collision needs. Thank you again!

Wow, a body shop that actually knows what they're doing and that cares about their customers. Just seeing that my car went into the bay for immediate repairs before I left their property was a sign of good things to come.
