A part of the rear bumper was not replaced, but rather just set back in place (it was warped pretty bad when it came in and should have been replaced since the bumper was only touched up). Wasn't noticeable on pickup but As soon as the back hatch was shut, it popped right back out as it is broken from the accident. I will be calling collision center first thing after the weekend to discuss.
