I was updated on a daily basis regarding the status of my car, everyone I spoke with were pleasant and helpful, and they took the time to make sure the car passed quality assurance before pick up.

Easy to get an appointment. I was in and out with my rental car in less than 30 minutes. Pick up also was speedy. And, of course, the vehicle was well repaired. While nice for some who like lots of communications, daily emails weren't all that necessary. Overall a first class experience.
