I had yet another positive experience with Ferman Chevrolet Collision center. While the repairs took longer than I anticipated, I was kept up to date the entire time and was provided a loaner vehicle when they needed a couple extra days to make sure the paint was a perfect match. I will likely be back to have a slight adjustment made to the way the trunk opens, otherwise, everything else was perfect and the paint job exceeded my expectations! Denny was great to deal with as well! Ferman Chevy will be my #**** stop for any collision repair work! USAA is lucky to have you as a direct repair facility in our STARS program!! Great job guys!
