Really need to quit with the spam text messages. Constantly getting text messages about my car being ready on whatever date is annoying when I call and find out that the text message means absolutely nothing. It's annoying and pointless. It gets people's hopes up for no reason. And then the employees get an attitude when you question them about why you got a text message saying it would be ready when in reality they haven't even sent it to service yet. I've never been more dissatisfied of my life

Besides the fact that this was the second time they tried to get it right they failed. Missing clips on my bumper gum on my car inside and out a whole tank of gas gone runs in the clear coat they sanded my headlight amount other things. Now I will involve USAA. Took 7 days longer than was told because they "forgot to order a part". Only once did I receive an update without having to call. Each day I was told that they will get the part that day and they will try to complete the work by that night, but if not it will definitely be done the next morning. A week later I finally got the call my car was done. Customer service girl was great and tried to help but she can only give the answer she's told by the people doing the work, who clearly either had no idea or didn't care.
