The constant updates about the repair and the expected time for my car to be done kept me at ease. Also knowing that when Denney wasn't satisfied with the work and send my car back let me know how passionate Ferman is about doing a good job... Thank you for all you hard work

I really like the app where the service representative can keep you updated on the completion of your vehicle. My service rep, Danny, was very thorough in explaining the repair procedure. Very efficient team - I made the appointment on line and I was in and out of the office in a flash. I love the updates I got without having to call and ask for it. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the team quickly brought it out and parked it in front of the building, invited me to inspect it and briefed me on caring the vehicle after the repairs. Oh! my vehicle was also cleaned up inside and outside - I love that. Lastly, the staff greeted me very well, offered me a seat and coffee.

NOT FERMANS FAULT BUT I WAS UNHAPPY WITH ENTERPRISE RENTAL. FIRST MY ADJUSTER MADE A RESERVATION FOR A CAR WEEKS AGO. I ARRIVE AT YOUR FACILITY AND THE ENTERPRISE REP SAYS HE HAS NO CARS FOR ME AS I WATCH HIM HAND OUT CARS TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. WHEN QUESTIONED, HE SAID I HAD NO RESERVATION WHICH I DID. TO MAKE THINGS WORSE, I WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL ENTERPRISE FACILITY AND THEY SAID THEY HAD NO CARS. I HAD TO RENT A HUGE DODGE RAM TRUCK WHICH I BROUGHT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND WENT OVER TO HERTZ TO GET A CAR. I WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN
