I am 61 years young and I've never been in an accident.. This was all new to me. All of the Ferman staff were very friendly and helpful.The receptionist is a very nice and caring young lady.

My only concern was that I explained to the Geico representative that I had run over screws and nails from the accident scene that the other car lost in the front fender and a bunch of stuff , as a result, they did not inflate the two rear tires like I asked them to and on the crosstown on the way home my light came on for the tires and because of that I had to get off the crosstown and find a gas station and an air pump: honestly, $3100 worth of repairs, and I should not have had to drywall with low tires !

I am waiting till they open to take my car back because my passenger window on drivers side does not work now. Also part of the Malibu sign on the top left part of the trunk is missing when it wasn't and also there is a part on the same area of the trunk that has paint chipped off and that was not like that before. I also noticed that there is a rubber piece inside the car in the holder that I have no idea what or where it goes to. I am not happy at all
