We had been receiving email updates every other day which was fine. However, on Monday, Jun13th, we were prepared to pick up the car at 5 p.m. (which is what the email gave as the date to pick up the car). At 2:45 p.m. my husband called to make sure the car would be ready and they said NO. We were shocked and very disappointed that we had not received a phone call regarding this change. Although we had been receiving emails, we should have received a call of this change. This was very poor customer service.
