Well satisfied with the repair service but not the fact that someone went through my personal belongings in my vehicle ! And bright to there attention but didn't fix the issue !

There was some confusion about your pin strip guy. I received a call saying that you couldn't contact him and my pick up would have to be pushed out until Monday. A short while later I received a call say my van was ready and could be picked up on Saturday. Then I checked my email saying pick up was pushed out to Monday again. Saturday we went in to see if it was ready and it was. I don't care about your personnel problems, get your act together and tell me when I can get my van. Great job by the way.

The experience with my Ferman inspector at the beginning was excellent as well as the renter car representative experience. My Geico experience was also superb. Once I came to pick up my car it was less than pleasant .

I was put in a rental before I was done with my appointment.The updates were daily on each stage of the process and I received follow up calls also. My car was ready before the estimaodate..
