Everyone was super professional made a bad experience good , I showed up an In less than 25 min I was in a rental an on my way to work everything was ready all I had to do was say yes an sign.the enterprise rep knew that my ins would not be payin for my rental so he had the cheapest car ready for me to drive away all I had to do was again say yes an sign I was in a super bad mood an left in a good one I would like to thank them all an if I ever get hit by an uninsured driver again I will go to them to fix my baby lol

First of all, I trusted Ferman with my Mercedes C230. My car when in for repair 12-15-2016 due to a accident. Damage to the left fender with left rim bend. They send an email with update on my car I was very disappointed due to the email had a picture of a Mazda and some pictiures of my car. When I went to pick up my vechicle the representative from the shop gave me my car and as he was going over the repairs I notice my rear bumper was peeling off. I address it to him and told him my car wasn't peeled at the time I drop off. He called his manager to let her know. Manager said adjuster Charles Bittinger wasn't available due to there Company Christmas Party but that they will let him know so they can look at the pictures of my car when he took it in. That the manager will call me in the morning after she sees the pictures of my car. I left a message to the adjuster Charles on 12-22-16 and he did not call me back but the manager call me telling me that by looking at the pictures that I had a bubble in my bumper. I have the pictures as well and there's no bubble. With that being said the manager said that they going to fix it on ****-3-16 due to her **** is on vacation. I also told her that my driver side door is not closing correctly she did say to stop by and they can fix or I could wait until ****-3-16. I'm not satisfied with service and treatment to my car. I choose your but now I regret I should of just taken my car to the Mercedes Benz... Thank you Jackie ****

Unfortunately my well kept car was hit and damaged. I allowed the repair center to take and repair my vehicle to a better or the exact state that is was before. The bumper has been fixed and reinstalled but it obviously came at another cost. I got my car back with some chipped paint on the lower end of the hood, and perspiration in the headlights. I keep my vehicle well maintained and clean.i know how I left my car. I checked the engine to find dirt everywhere. I don't understand; was my well kept car stored at a swamp or were the mechanics hands made out of mud? Further observation of the engine bay, it's easy to tell the car wasn't handled with integrity. If I worked on a car to return it in a similar fashion as these mechanics, they wouldn't be satisfied either. It's unfortunate my car was hit. It's more unfortunate that my car was repaired to a lesser condition before the accident. My car should have been handled by people who are serious about their skills and not a paycheck. The quality shows and it is not impressive. As you can tell I'm very disappointed, this has been a lose, lose for my car.

Brandon was the man! VERY helpful so this isn't a reflection of him. However, very annoying that literally every last coin was taken out of my console. Albeit, only 10 or so, still very annoying and frustrating.

Excellent paint job on my vehicle and parts replacement. My only concern is that the car still making a noise. The suburban never make that noise before till the accident and your shop never were able to identify were the noise is coming from and the answer is got was that is normal.
