The staff is very polite. The repair work is very exact and impossible to see if you were not aware. We do feel that the staff should have given us better warning about when your team was releasing the car forpickup.

The work performed on my Volvo was well-done. Kyslnn'S updates and follow through were superb! However, if I were to rank your associate Brandon on a scale from ****-10, I would give him a "5" at best. He was more interested in getting through the process as opposed to showing me my car. He appeared perturbed when I asked to see my car before dealing with the return of the rental car, etc. His comment to me was, "it's been a long day."

I was completely satisfied with the body work. But it seems no one test drove the car. When I brought it to the Service dep't 23 Dec, I wanted them to inspect the steering because O reported it was not steering correctly after hitting the debris in the road. Then they put it on a lift ant said they would need to keep the car for repairs. They had it 18 days and the car still steers to the left!
