The team was very thorough in assessing what repairs were needed. I received daily updates on the progress of repairs and was given an estimated due date for completion. Everything was done right on schedule and they did a beautiful job! The wife and I were very pleased, the car looks great - like New! Thanks for a job well done.

I was not informed that my topper was removed and a rubber gsket needed to be replaced. I would have paid extra for the simple repair if I would have been informed. Now,in order to fix this simple window gasket, I have to have the topper removed which will cost me hundreds of dollars and another week without my truck.I realize this was not a part of the claim, but,really! Not good customer service on your part for future business with purchasing a car or truck.
