Car was dirty upon pickup. Marker was still on it. Few black marks around the repaired area. Representative used paint thinner to clean it up

Yes very satisfied, since the time I was sideswiped in the VA parking lot, to the Geico Tech that immediately handled my claim, to Ferman taking my car in the following week and repairing it 5 days ahead of schedule. It looks brand new, 2009 Pontiac G8,16,000 miles and in mint condition. They did a beautiful paint and sealer job on my car since that color paint was a hard match. It was cleaned for my pickup. And they even buffed out a 6inch scratch on the rear that was found when I picked up my car. We have bought 3 cars from Ferman this year and were very satisfied and will continue to business with them in the future.????

My vehicle was supposed to be completed in five to six days but I did not get it back until 11 days. Upon inspection I found that the driver side running board was improperly installed and almost falling off. I had to wait at the dealership for almost an hour and a half for the running board to be attached properly. Including weekends my vehicle spent a total of 14 days at Ferman. This caused me to have to keep the rental car for an additional 6 days which resulted in an additional 3.75 per day out-of-pocket 0rental fees9 to me personally and I feel that Ferman should reimburse me that 22.50 cost.

When i finally got my armada back after 3 days extra they never washed the roof of it and and left some kind of white powdery substance on top and as I examined closer the on the fuel door the paint has wasn't done right and u can see the. Bondo or whatever it is I will be calling and I have pics as well
