I like that everything was in one place. The insurance adjuster, the rental car and the repair shop all in one! Everyone was very nice , friendly and professional.

I like how the company send you texts or contact you to keep you updated on what's going on with the repairs and also provide you with options on how to make your payments as well. The Reps were very nice to give you options on if you're not able to pick up your cars.

When entering Ferman I think staff should be more inviting and not ignore your new soon to be customer ,I have walked theu those doors several times and each time staff were not welcoming and made us feel like we are a bother .Other than that everyone else I talked to on phone and had to deal with Car Like Brandon very pleasant .Reception and intake coordinator not so much
