My experience with Ferman Collision was excellent from beginning to end. The receptionists were courteous, Frankie was very good at keeping me updated and ensured all my questions were asked, and Jorge did an excellent job with my estimate, receiving the vehicle, providing updates, and following up. I was very happy with my experience and the gentleman who was there on Saturday morning when I picked up the car was just as courteous and helpful in the process.

Positives:
****. Christopher Scheller did excellent follow up; accommodated me keeping my rental vehicle when my vehicle was not ready for pickup before the Thanksgiving holiday.
2. Brandon was very professional during the review of completed work on my vehicle at pickup.
3. My greatest concern was there a bag of files left in my vehicle that were not mine. These files contained a lot of financial information. These files were turned over to Brandon. These files should have NEVER ended up in my vehicle! To date I have not received an adequate explanation of how these files got in my vehicle. It raises concerns that are troubling regarding vehicles left in your care.
