To much over spray on the car. Broke my rain guard . malfunctioning electrical, keypad won't work, radio will not shut off, dome light will not turn off. Have to disconnect my battery in order to turn everything off. Clanky noise in steering column.

Jen did an excellent job! She constantly sent me updates through text and email and left voicemails (I’m bad at answering the phone) making sure I got all my updates. If I emailed her she got back to me in a timely manner. In the end she personally clean my car for me due to the shop being backed up and I was set to pick up my car on a Friday just 30mins before closing. If an Incident like this we’re to happen again and should I need the assistance of Ferman Collision then I will be asking for Jen!
