I'm happy with the people whom I came in contact with. But when inspection of my car I pointed out my headlight being deeply scratched he looked at the paper work starts reading what was on there and I said this was clearly part of the accident. No response. I was paying for car rental myself or would have left my car to have that repaired. I have a new car this should have been spotted during the repair phase.

Everybody was polite and overall I am happy with the car repair; however, there is a inch long spot in an seam side that was primed but not painted (should I be concerned with that spot rusting). I would have said something there but I did not notice until I returned home.
