The bumper comes a loose still in the area where it originally was hit. I'll be returning on Tuesday at 2pm to the shop. I spoke to Chris I believe to set up that appointment. Plus there is paint on the black part of my bumper. Also I received a scratch to my back bumper while it was in their care, which is pretty messed up because I took excellent care of the rental.
