We were confused regarding when the car would be ready. First it was ready then wait another day. When we called, we we're put on hold for long periods. Finally, we disconnected and no one called us. Ultimately, the repair was done satisfactorily.

The Car looks great and the quality of the works seems to be very high, I however think there is a communication issue when it comes to service, I'm not sure if it was due to being short handed or an exceptionally high volume of work but I would have been happier with better and more accurate communication.

The expected repair date was almost 3 weeks short, I called a total of 5 different times looking for info on my car was was never called back, I was told on 3 different occasions that I could pick up my car the following day and when I called to ask if I could come get it I was told there was another part that had yet to be replaced, and finally I picked up my car today only to have the weather stripping on the roof nerding replaced still, a tires plastic hub cap still needs replaced, the plastic ring around my gas cap needs tightened/replaced and my dashboard lights are so dim, I can't read any of my gauges while driving at night.

I understand there are set backs with repairing cars but I was told four different days that my car would be completed that spanned over 2 weeks. Other than that the car was cleaned and repaired very well and the customer service was very good.
