love the updates, and service dept was great, showing me the part--and taking care of expense best they can in helping to offset some costs.

Every thing went fine and my car looked beautiful. It was nice that the car was cleaned and looked like new, even though it's almost 11 years old. I like also, that I was kept updated on the status of the work being done, when it would be ready and what the repairs would cost. Everything was handled very professionally and everyone I came in contact with that works at AJ-USA was very nice. This was the third time I've had my car in this shop for repairs and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Sincerely, Janine L

Well done. Speaking on the phone to an estimator is challenging. 90 of the time, upon entering the extension number, you are asked to leave a message. Call back might be slow. What to do? There could be an option of asking the operator to page the estimator if it's important.

The mirror that was installed is not working the way it should and the best part is you have to take an appointment to take the car back in.

My car stayed in A-J USA for about a month for the collision repairs. When I was called and picking up my car, I realized that there was a very loud noise as I turning the wheel and driving the car. The A-J USA collision representative told me that first they did not know what happened and second I needed to take the car to the dealer next day. I told him that when my car was dropped it had no noise what so ever and now it had huge noise. I can not just drive a unsafe car like that. In the next couple hours he was trying to tell me my car probably already had the issue before I dropped off(which would be totally impossible) or the car was already worn (and it was not. The car is a relatively new car and I've been keeping up the check ups etc) and turned bad during the time in A-J USA. And finally tried to tell me that he can not do much for me and what I could only do was drive away with the unsafe car. This whole incident was extremely dissapointing to me, considering A-J USA is proud of its reputation, provides warrenty of its service and said it cares about the safety of its customers.

excellent work - professional workers - would recommend to others - have used services 2-3 times to date - issues worth mentioning from this experience - quick to pass along a price increase when job complete vs. quote due to increased price from supplier - no good. you must honor your quote. checkout charge put thru for total amount instead of deducting the deposit payment - customer should not have to catch that. pay better attention....

I appreciate the attention to detail and the courteous attitude from everyone involved in the service. My headlamps were adjusted to the correct angle, and my night-time driving experience is much safer now! Also, the look of the bumper and front end is amazing. I gave rave reviews to AAA, yelp, google maps. I'll be back in the future!
