Ben was not upfront with me when I dropped off my car regarding the "Service ride Control". I was very specific that I wanted the light analyzed else I would not drop it there. He told me not to worry and that it would be taken care of. He even sent me a fabricated invoice [ I have an email copy ] which he promised would show the insurance adjustor to analyze the light. When the insurance adjustor came by, a different invoice was shown to the adjustor, which did not include the analysis of the service light. Later I was told that the analysis of the light would not be covered and that I would have to pay for it and only if it was determined that it was due to the accident will it be covered by the insurance. As a result I still have the "Service Ride Control" light in my vehicle. I wish that Ben would have been upfront with me about the "Service Ride Control" light before I dropped my vehicle off. I would have taken it elsewhere.

For some reason the rear right tail light connectors were not hooked up again. I did not know this at the time. When I received the car I noticed that the right indicator was flashing faster than normal. I returned back to AJ-USA and pointed that out to the representative that delivered the car to me. He told me that it was because the bulb was burned out on the right hand rear tail light (including brake lights). I drove to the auto parts store, and when I inspected the tail light to see what kind of bulb to buy, I saw that the connectors (both) were just hanging. I reconnected them and everything was OK. I was a little annoyed at the time that the car was not "perfect" as soon as I picked it up after having spent over a week in the shop. But my main concern is that if this was missed, what else might be missed. But I have not seen any other issues. Otherwise the bodywork and other items have been great. All the staff was courteous and prompt. And I really appreciate the car being cleaned. Regards Steven F
