Completion date of car was constantly changed. I was told the car would be ready Wednesday and it was not ready. Called Thursday and still not ready. Friday, yet again. Car was finally ready for pick up on Sat. It was an inconvenience because I had returned the rental car on Wednesday because I was told it was going to be ready. Steering wheel clicks when turning and driver door seems like it is not closing like it used to. It does not feel the same. This is the second time I used your company and frankly, I AM NOT SATISFIED.

I would have liked more information on either the emails or a phone call. All I got was an email saying my car won't be ready for pickup almost a week after the estimated date. Never got a phone call, no information other than a date change.
The work you guys did was great, but I feel like the communication between us was unsatisfactory.

Your employee, Josh, is extremely unprofessional.
I picked up my car and while driving home I noticed my auxiliary cable was gone when I tried to plug my phone in. The cable was previously plugged in through the center console with the power cable and velcroed together. The power supply cable was not missing. I opened up the top compartment of the console and also saw that money was missing. Friends and coworkers threw money in my car after I purchased it for good luck. These ****'s and 5's were secured to the clip inside the lid of the console.
I immediately called AJ-USA and I spoke to Catherine or Kristin, I forget her name. She is the same person that called me to inform me my car was ready. i asked if there was an envelope that may have had my property. This confused her and she said that everything should have been with the car. I explained that there were a couple of things missing from my car and that's why I thought it may have been put aside. She said she would have Josh call me back.
Josh called back and I explained what was missing. I was very mindful of my words to avoid sounding like I was accusing anyone of theft. He said he would check to see if my items were put to the side. Our conversation was very friendly and I waited for his return call.
When Josh called back he said he did not find the cable or the money. Without being prompted he started to give me the job length history of the employees that worked in the back. He was suggesting that the items were somewhere in my car and he recalls me removing stuff from the car. My drop-off was scheduled and I had removed everything from my car prior minus the two cables, air fresheners, and the good luck money clipped to the lid of my center console, so this was not plausible. I asked him what he would recommend I should do. Josh informed me that I signed off on a release that states I removed all of the items from my car. I told Josh that he did not declare this to us when I was signing the many forms. At this point he became very defensive and was speaking in a condescending tone. As a paying customer I did not feel I should be spoken to that way. I was irritated and annoyed that Josh spoke to me like this and felt the need to take a defensive stance. I told Josh that it sounds like he needed the 20 and cable more than I do. He said "whatever" and hung up on me.
I waited a few minutes and asked the receptionist to speak to a manager. John came to the phone and heard me explain the situation. He was very courteous and apologetic. I explained to John that these items are not that big of a deal, but the principal. Speaking to me like Josh did is unacceptable in a professional environment. I told him that his employee should be careful with how he speaks to people especially ones that are internet marketers, like myself, that could change the online reputation of the business online. He said he would go check the back again, but I told him I was over it. We ended the call.
