Thanks for waiting for me when I called three minutes before closing to tell you I was two streets away, but the traffic on Mira Mesa was crazy. I appreciated all the text updates, and also getting the repair done a day earlier than estimated. The body looks great, and thanks for fixing the key. Very satisfied!!

The man I worked with ( Ben)was a true gentlemen and seemed genuine in his desire to help me as well as repair my car. My car, however, wasn't repaired to my satisfaction at all. In fact , I had to back to your company twice because the first time I came to retrieve my car, it was still in disrepair. There was a rumbling sound beneath the engine, squeaking sounds when I turned my wheel, and my navigation system was inoperable. The second time I returned to pick up my car, the squeaky sound when I turn my wheel had been improved, but it was and is still audible at times. In addition, my blue tooth remains inoperable ( I'm trying to get it back up and working) and an important CD of mine was found snapped in two pieces in my car's console. After spending over two months to have my car repaired, and after returning to AJ-USA's twice to repair it, my car still has residual issues from the collision that took place two or more months ago. I was not happy with the work that was done on my car, and I will never use your services again. John Boesky

Hood opened while driving home. Battery was killed resulting in the need to get multiple jumps and replacement due to not being able to hold a charge anymore. Not a good experience this time at all. I am a repeat customer but will most likely go somewhere else on the future. -Jeremy W

QA process is not good. The car has been sitting at the shop "completed" since Wednesday. My husband picked it up today on his return from business and the paint in one spot does not look right. The maintenance guy said it was rubbing compound. Also the car rack rail does not appear to be on propery. There is a gap between the car and the rail. The guys made it sound like no big deal but maybe it isn't a big deal of work but that just tells me you except mediocre work. This should have been caught on final inspection. This was not a rush job and there was plenty of time to complete the work. Now we have to reschedule and send it back in to complete the errors your team couldn't catch. Not happy.
